Stratford Station or Stratford Parkway?
Stratford-upon-Avon station is in town, off Alcester Road, at the end of the lines from Birmingham and Leamington. Stratford-upon-Avon Parkway opened in 2013 on the northern edge of town, by the A46 and next to the Bishopton park and ride.
Both stations have West Midlands Railway trains to Birmingham and Chiltern Railways trains towards London Marylebone. The town station is closer to central hotels. Parkway is handy if you’re coming from outside Stratford and want to avoid town traffic.

Theatre Pickups After the RSC
The Royal Shakespeare Theatre and the Swan Theatre sit side by side on Waterside. When a show ends, a lot of people want to get home, to a hotel or to a station at the same time.
If your performance finishes after the last convenient train, a pre-booked car is the easiest way home. Book online with your performance date and expected finish time, and your driver will be waiting nearby as the audience comes out.
